• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next day.

Delivery timeframe

Delivery is generally expected within 2–7 days after dispatch, subject to the delivery location, courier service and other circumstances.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order and before the 11:30 AM cutoff.

Once an order has progressed for processing or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where a cancellation and refund are approved, the refund will be processed after 5 days, according to the applicable payment process.

9. Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for eligible cases such as:

• Damaged products.
• Wrong products received.
